Patricia joined JAI in 2009 to manage the various budgets for funded projects and grant applications but quickly moved to the financial day to day running of the organisation. Now CPA qualified with over 35 years’ experience in finance, Patricia is a highly motivated, analytical team player with a depth of experience utilizing various IT platforms and analytical tools to effectively manage the finances to meet ever changing organisational needs.
A learning and teaching masters graduate, Emma has always been passionate about learning and education. Emma’s primary degree is in English and French, she is CIPD and MBTI qualified and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With more than ten years experience in the corporate training field, having worked with Deloitte and KPMG in Ireland; Emma is also a past JA volunteer.
Helen joined the Junior Achievement team in late 2012 having had the chance to teach at primary, secondary and third level and to work across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Working with JAI's board of directors and an experienced senior management team, Helen's role as CEO is to ensure JAI continues to provide quality learning opportunities for those participating in our programmes and to work with staff to deliver the standard of service expected by all of JAI's supporters, sponsors, patrons, volunteers and schools.
